Concept Sketches of The Business Owner Archetypes

Right: Erica, The Entrepreneur
Before I joined, the marketing team conceived the Business Owner Archetype, thinking that personas of their customer type would make informative content more engaging and relatable. From the archetypes of The Hustler, The Self-Employed, and The Entrepreneur, I made Andrew, Julia, and Erica, an eclectic trio in various stages of their business owner journey.

With Cosmo Concierge being black-owned and woman-owned, I knew there was a priority to reflect and be mindful of our clientele. Business owners come from every walk of life and ethnic background, so every owned media needed to reflect that respectfully.
Andrew, the Hustler
Andrew is very early in his business journey. He knows how to "hustle" and make money, but he has trouble with budgeting and keeping a high margin profit.
The Hustler can have an implied dated imagery, so I realed it in to reflect everyday people like me ,hence the name similarity. With the help of Cosmo Concierge, Andrew has access to more tools and resources to help allocate his spending.
Color Scheme: Red (Passion, Ambition, Energy, Frustration)
Julia, the Self-Employed
Julia is a busy-bee in her small business. With her budget, her team is a team of me, myself, and I, which can be very stressful and overwhelming. She produces her products, offers her services, plans her marketing, manages her E-Commerce store, ships out products, and engages with customers.
With so much going on, Cosmo Concierge could alleviate tension with their CRM course for better customer relation management. With more resources and streamlined services, Julia can find a moment to breathe and take care of herself.
Color: Blue (Studious, Intellectual), Yellow (Attentive, Anxiety, Alarn)
Erica, the Entreprenuer
If anyone has it together, it's Erica. Erica is at the stage of expansion after years of running her business smoothly. Because of her expertise, she's first to help anyone with business tips!
Erica has an "each one, teach one" mentality, so she always has time to help her fellow cohorts, Julia and Andrew, if they're in a bind. It's the spirit of community at Cosmo Concierge.
Color Pallete: Green (Growth, Money), Yellow (Attentive), Blue (Studious, Inquisitive)
Cosmo Concierge used Instagram, Linked In, and Reddit, but my tasks were focused on Instagram. We used Clickup as a CRM, and out of the few I've experienced, I love the setup, including calendars and overall set-up to assign tasks and deadlines. With CC bright color palette, I was encouraged to have fun and be lively and fresh to captivate the target audience. Each image is a gallery of the respective carousel. We formally introduced the Business Owners archetype in the videos below. The timing is pretty fast, tailored made for their audience who doesn't STAY with long videos. CC target audience would rather pause to read and venture for more information rather than watch media over 30 seconds.
