Digital Marketing encompasses everything from concepting marketing plans, scheduling marketing campaigns, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and analytics. We used Hubspot as our CRM, Google Drive for data sharing,  Excel for social media planning, and the built-in email marketing tool in SAGE. Monthly, we picked a focus, theme, product, or service to build a campaign for the month. It became the core of our Newsletter and guide to social media marketing.

The Loop Branding Boutique wanted to establish a consistent presence on their social handles. They struggled with having a consistent roll-out for brand awareness and marketing. TLBB is known as a print production fulfillment company, but it's also a branding company. We used social media marketing to showcase other products and services outside of apparel and accessories. We also focused on informative and educational content to inform business owners in how to best represent their brand. Each image is a gallery for the entire spread. Click and enjoy!

Email Marketing with Newsletters was a new venture for TLBB. SAGE, an E-Commerce PaaS, was very limiting in customizing our emails. Our methodology to mitigate it was quite unconventional, but I was able to make dynamic interactive emails. With the variety of clientele, we had different newsletters depending on their category: education, non-profit, or small business. This helped us communicate tailored services to the right people, which kept the unsubscribe rate low. Each image is a pdf for that respective issue. Click and enjoy!

As the sole graphic designer, I had many tasks and projects, including redefining TLBB's brand design, fulfilling branding kit orders for clients, creating customized artwork for clients' work orders, generating design layouts for customer work orders, ensuring branded clients' work order adheres to their brand identity, and designing other visual works including web design assets and flyers.

During the fall we developed a new product, customizable branded gift boxes. I recommended that we gift sample branded boxes from TLBB to select clientele to stimulate customer loyalty and advertise a new product.
